Live

” Story isn’t a flight from reality but a vehicle that carries us on our search for reality…”
“…A story is the living proof of an idea, the conversion of idea to action.” (from Robert McKee’s Story)

Now comes the really important part. It’s relatively easy to listen to your story and to learn the story of need. It’s not as easy to live a story that does justice to both. Yet embracing the uncertain but ultimately fulfilling adventure of living a new story is what we’ve been building up to all along. This is where things really get interesting. This is where you fulfill your true calling and your perspective on life gets changed. This is where orphans find families, widows find comfort, hungry people get fed, and injustice gets challenged.

  • Make a plan — By the time you’re done here, you’ll have put together an initial action plan to begin living out your calling of service.
  • Integrate your practice — To help you “share” your story, we encourage you to integrate three practices — live centered, live equipped and live connected.
